Hello fellow Archons,
I plan on adding a little bit more colour to my raiders (and to my venoms), too.
At first I added Blood for the Blood god in the "lines" on the hull. But I´m not sure if that´s enough.

Keep in mind that the elite parts of my army are in this red/yellow/orange color, please.

Suggestions?

I´m thinking about Eldar Runes in yellow/orange or maybe some plates in grey...

I use it whenever I end up in a brainfreeze.

Using the colours of that red/orange Raider to do the runes on the other Raiders might help unify the colour scheme, and help them blend in to look like an army. That's what I'd go for. (you could also cross-colour, using the blue/gray to add runes to the red/orange Raider)

There's a few things you could go for here...
First suggestion:
Rusty red (flat colour)

Second suggestion:
White designs/black outline (or vice versa)

For the designs, you could go for freehand runes but being consistent would be very difficult over many transports. What I do is unique freeform designs, but you could easily do geometric shapes rising from the bottoms of the raiders.

In either case, I'd make sure these designs get weathered in the same style as the rest of the hull Smile
Good luck!

edit:
If it were me, i'd also make sure that any design i DID do would be the same colour across all vehicles so as to tie them in across the fleet

I really like the runes idea.

What do you mean with flat red @nexs
Some plates in flat red? Is that an actual games workshop color?

I'd be thinking either doombull brown, mournfang brown or khorne red. And I meant like some geometric shapes protruding from the bottom edge of the side of the hull

Yellow looks ok, I'd be worried that when it comes to the yellow raiders you'd have to go with a different colour and it may look uninformed.
Also what's the story behind the green sail?

Oh the sails are attached via magnet and I gave every sail structure a different colour to better be able to tell them apart. But I'm thinking about adding attachable flags with symbols, so... But I don't know if I still have those flags.
