So is it possible to use it because its not on the game work shop

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. It is a model with rules in an IA book, which are legitimate expansions to 40k just like Curse of the Wolfen and the other GW sold GW campaigns. I point that out because my IA11 (book with Corsairs) is very clearly branded as a GW product and thus a fully game legal product. That first rule in this game after rule 0 is talk to your opponent tho, and if they do not want to let you use it find new people to play with.

so if your opponent is ok about it you can play it because the dark eldar unit of forge world are in the codex or not?

If your opponent is okay with it you can play with whatever you want. Period.

This is a legal unit for play regardless of what they say. Period.

If you have an opponent who does not want to play against forgeworld find new people to play with. Period.
