Firing monoscythe missiles

When firing monoscythe missiles do you need to target the same model within the unit with each one or can you spread them about within the unit?
I'm thinking of horde lists here and trying to spread the pain into adjacent units to the main target unit.

Yes - each shot is resolved separately - you're allowed to target separate models within the same unit.

I do seem to recall a ruling about maximising the shot (I know with flamers they FAQed it so you have to put as much flame on primary target unit as possible) I don't specifically recall if this applies to blasts (I think it doesn't) but you most assuredly can use different models to target each shot.
