Getting back into 40k and couldn't bear another Marine / Imperium army and I've done Orks to death as well.
Really enjoying painting these figures and playing them!

Awesome. Just Awesome. Love those freehands, freehanded patterns and weapon energy effects. Also unique colour palette!

Looking very, very very nice. Extremely jealous of your freehand skill... and just in general. Love them! The Trueborn (?) at the end look especially impressive! Would you mind showing off your other armies somewhere if you have pictures available?

Here's the only other model pictures I have at the minute, plus a youtube vid I did a while back.

If by yellow you mean bronze/gold, then Incubi (Don't really like the proper models).
Running my list currently as an Aeldari Battalion w/ Farseer Skyrunner HQ's + WraithLord, and then the rest pure Drukhari.
I can't claim originality on the yellow tribal patterns, I saw something similar ages ago and it's my take on them. As for the hexagons on the red of the vehicles, that was just pure luck messing around and I decided it looked good!

Nothing to be jealous of, if you look all the freehand is just a bunch of straight lines - I just hold the mini in whatever direction is comfortable for me to paint a line straight down, rinse and repeat until you have a pattern!

nice effectful tabletop style painting, I dig it! Especially cool because you dont need to paint the whole model, just some freehands and edge highlights, thus saving a lot of time I guess.

I've been found out
I save going above table-top quality for the characters, I'm hoping there's a few goodun's in the new codex.... for now, Aeldari...eughh,.

Some conversion work to create 2 warlocks (Aeldari, but in Drukhari style), with one having "Foulchons Wing" (i.e. Hellion skyboard in this case).

That made me all sentimental for when Archons could take skyboards and jetbikes.

Try of the first Scourge. I hate the big wings of the proper set, so I've used Reaver bike bladevanes as the wings.

It's a beautiful paint job, but I'm not wild about the conversion. Have you considered the wings from the old metal Scourges?

As ever with my Armies, it's more about budget than anything else! I had spare reavers that I'm not using, and dark lance arm pairs, and legs from raiders etc so they were all cobbled together without spending anything more!
