scratchbuilding the Dark Eldar Raven fighter

Yesterday, I stumbled across the Raven Fighter on FW. And as I try to limit my expenses on GW-Stuff, I thought about scratchbuilding one.

I have 2 old unassembled RJB in my bitzbox to start with. I definitely need the wings and the darklances + some plasticard to build the cockpit.


My Question is, how big/large is this fighter? Does anyone have one of these beauties?

I don't have that model myself, but it's pretty small.



About 15 cm wide, 8-something cm long, 4-5 cm high.

I guess old Reavers are indeed good base.
