hey guys i dont get why youre upset? i mean, it can move 72".
thats useful. if you have to be on a new table, for example, as soon as you lose your first game due to fielding this thing, you can hop right onto the next one

So you give up the missiles for essentially a second splinter cannon. Not a great tradeoff.

Basically it is a RWJF with 2 dark lances and a splintercannon with 3 bonus rapidfire shots for 1 more powerlevel, or did i miss something?

honestly power level and "no model, no rules- but you can use the index" are the worst things about 8th imo

You'd think it would only take them a few inutes to come up witha random number for matched points cost at the very least.

i dont get why they cut those models, a new edition for 40k would be the best time to start producing new kits or upgrade kits, not even space marines were safe
seriously, why dont they make more of these kits like the ones dark angels/ blood angels/ ultramarines have,
trueborn upgrade kit, 3 blaster, 3 shredder, a dark lance, a SC, 5 helmets and some decoration, 10 bucks,
guard regiment upgrade kit, 10 helmets/ torsos, some rifles, done
they cut out 3d party sellers and make a profit (presumably)
I remember the times when we played LotR, and half my armies had not enough models but rules and points cost, PLUS tutorials in the brb on how to convert stuff
