2000 pts-Dark Eldar/Craftworlds (New to Dark Eldar in 8th)

I've played Dark Eldar before, but I gradually lost interest with them towards the end of 7th. (Although, to be fair, I rather lost interest in the game in general.) Lately, I've decided to bring my murderous space elves back into the game, and while I'm having fun with them, I've been frustrated with how they're performing for me. I've cobbled together a list I'm interested in trying, but I'd also love any kind of feedback, advice, and help from any veterans around!

Basically a take on all comers list. I find myself sliding too easily into too much AT or too much anti-infantry, and struggle against the others. The avatar I intended to march with the Talos, to have a larger beatstick when they get up close, the Talos serving as a meatshield for him.
