Youtube noob here. Where do you comment? I can see comments but can't see where to write one.

Between the black bar near the top, and the list of all the comments, there is a little comment box right between them.
You do need to have subscribed to their channel first though.

You need to log in, or create an account.

I give up. have tried to post a comment several times and nothing comes up.

edit: It just worked on terrainaholic when I quit saying thedarkcity.net and just did the dark city, but still no love on modestmagic.

Update, this time it worked. I don't know which thing made it work, but for those others out there I first commented on the feed tab-which asked me to copy the letters to make sure I was not a spam bot, and I quit using the .net.

Then I came back and commented on the comment tab and it worked.

Nappen is absolutely correct. There has been a problem with a lot of comments.

Comments will only appear if you leave out the .net. This means anyone who cannot see their post is going to have to repost on both channels. I apologise for the inconvenience of this but it was something that I did not foresee coming up. Anywho, competition will be extended for another week to make sure everyone can get in.

MM is not showing any comments on their channel anymore. I assume this is just a temp thing and we don't all have to re-comment.

If things look crazy different from this then you probably have some weird issue and should ask for additional help.

Did you use any URLs or write thedarkcity.net? Youtube does not allow urls to be posted in comments, so comments containing URLs will not be shown.

He's saying he doesn't see the comment box (the one I have circled in the image above).

@Deyfluff - what are you browsing on? (laptop, phone, desktop, ect)

I'm on a my laptop. I tried Chrome and Firefox both.

The only thing that comes to mind is some sort of load error.
Maybe snag a screenshot of it?

Ahh my bad. I didn't realise she couldn't see the comment box.

I know the comment box does not appear unless you are logged into youtube. That's the only thing I can think of.

I'm logged in...you can see my name up in the corner. This is so weird! Apparently the universe doesn't think I should get the chance to win some sweet alien terrain

@Deyfluff, I had the same problem before. I guess you use your gmail on youtube? If that is the case you have to go into your profile and ''activate'' it into a youtube account. Then you will see the box.
