Are there any suggestions for it?

Id say ditch the scourges for way more hellions. If youd like to have infantry with lances id recommend trueborn which are much cheaper in points. If you equip scourges with dl you either waste lances or many points of AI fire every turn. Instead you should beef up your hellions/ troop section because they just die if somebody sneezes at them. Further id stick the Baron into the beastpack, they profit of hit&run and The PGL
