Dark eldar movement in BFG

Hey im new to battlefleet and i am confused about dark eldar turning. In the fleet book it states that dark eldar can use the come to a new heading order without taking a command check. Does this mean that you can use the come to a new heading order and use another order such as relode ordinance? To me this makes sence because dark eldar are still eldar and their ships should be more menouverable than other races ships.
