| Hello Guys,
I fast-slapped a Battlescribe catalogue for the new dex (not the sup, as I dont have it yet). Its very imperfect, but should suffice for the first listbuilding.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/46af2l3e3g09p0u/Dark%20Eldar%20Codex%202014.catz?dl=0
It does not include the special FOC or any formation yet, but just input whatever you want and ignore the warnings until I finish it. :-)
Please report here whatever bugs you find.
Please dont report unfinished things. I am aware of them and will fill them in later. This first version is just for counting points of your armylists. :-)
I will keep tracking of the most actual version here in this first post.
Cheers

| Thanks a lot aurynn. Very useful for me, as I'm a lazy battlescribe addict. | |

Appreciate the effort... but if upgrades are free where they shouldn't be (Liquifier on Grots), point values will be incorrect anyway.

| hey! thanks a lot for the effort, the only other source of new DE battlescribe data that i had so far has it's points values messed up horribly, and i really don't fancy pulling out the old pen and paper method to see what i want to do with my army in case you haven't noticed yet, dedicated venoms (at least for incubi, didn't check the others) don't have an option to change the splinter rifles to a cannon. It's only 10 points and easy to keep track of, but just wanted to let you know! Thanks again! | |

| @Aurynn
For Raiders, you've put the Dark Lance both as a weapon choice (Dissie or DL) AND a Raider Upgrade, meaning I could select both at the same time.

| Hey there. I updated to version 6 - correcting the missing Huskblade issue with Archon. Court is available under "No Force Organisation Slot" category. It has not yet set requirement to include Archon, so dont forget to get him if you are taking court. Will be amended in future versions. | |

| It is a different catalogue but based on the old one from that repo. Noone from Appspot has answered my questions about how to add my catalogue to the repository so I have given up and posted separately. Although its fully compatible with the gamesystem from appspot. | |

| Aurynn,
Any chance you'll also include the specific Detachments and all the rules contained in the Coven supplement (Formations, alternative wargear)?

| Ofc it will, but I dont have the supplement yet. For now there are two formations as a test - just add a new force as "formation" and use this catalogue and you will see them.
As for specific detachments from the dex, I will do them ASAP, but for now just ignore the warnings telling you that you cannot take 6 FA units. :-)

| Hi, it's a little off topic but can anyone point me out to a tutorial on how to use Battlescribe and the catalogues. I have dld the program and started building a list but I did get a some errors. I have been looking on the Battlescribe Forum and site for help but nothing really covered my problem.
Furthermore I saw that special weapons need to be chosen as a special model in the unit, which is quite cumbersome to me. Is this always the case in Battlescribe because the way the coding is implemented?

I have dld the program and started building a list but I did get a some errors. I have been looking on the Battlescribe Forum and site for help but nothing really covered my problem. What errors are you getting? You need to have compatible game systems and catalogues. I am using this: http://battlescribedata.appspot.com/repos/wh40k/index.bsi If you want to use my catalogue for DE, add the link on the top of the thread to the data. I would recommend uninstalling battlescribe and erasing all the remaining data manually before you start using a new repository if you had errors previously. If errors pertain, drop me a line. - El_Jairo wrote:

No. Thats what I am trying to avoid in the catalogue. Its easier to just "add upgrades", especially on mobiles or tablets. But it does create a certain discrepancies I was unable to remove - like upgrading one warrior with a Blaster does not remove one Splinter Rifle from the unit. But that is a minority. Everyone can coung I guess. :-)
