Grot bomb Vs Court bomb

The slyth's shardcarbines shooting from splinter racks on arrival + the raider + medusea + the hq make them the more attractive option for me right now.

They are just as tough as grotes and can have more wounds cos they aren't bulky.

When they portal in they can erase almost anything with a toughness value and still kick ass in assault next turn!

As for everyone wanted to take a pile of Medusae to template upon landing from a WWP, I'm trying to figure out how the ones in the back can legally shoot those beams through the ones in the front.  4 seems like plenty to me and possible too much with all those carbines firing.

If they're in a raider, you place the template from the vehicle itself. Since it's an open-topped vehicle, any point is a fire point, so you can place one template down, and have it represent all four medusea. Sslyth can still shoot as normal.

When is 4 not enough? Against blobs, or TEQ (wound saturation for the win though).

I feel like I'm going to go 6 and 3. Otherwise you lose majority toughness with the first dead slyth (unless your hq is a haemy.

If I take a court I also think 6 sslyth and 3 Medusa would be the best option.
