So it is listed under HQ section of the new codex. It has the disclaimer box about the Retainers that say it can be taken without taking up a force organization slot for each Archon included in your army. I am assuming that you can take a Court without an Archon but it will take up an HQ slot. Anyone else reading it this way?

Correct, Court can be taken without an Archon but at the expense of an HQ slot

Since I'm not stoked about the archon anymore I think this would be a reasonable option. I think Urien will be one of my preferred choices now with a Succubus if needed.

So that means I can take a Court of the Archon as my only HQ choice? So I can run a 10pt Lhamaean? I feel I am missing something here.
