I think it's reasonably well rounded, I'm guessing you're putting the Heamy in with the Grots for some deep striking shenanigan.

The main thing I would be thinking of is the unit size for the reavers. As soon as they take a wound they have to make morale check so I would consider putting them as one unit, it's a bit less flexible but has a little more staying power.
