1500 New to DE List

I've lurked a bit, read through the tactica, and read through the fluff, and this is my first DE list. I played Grey Knights (with lukewarm success) for the past few years, and before that I played Dwarfs. I picked DE because they were the most interesting of the Xenos races to me, and the most different from Space Marines. Also, the models are kick-ass.

Here goes:

HQ:
Archon: Husk blade, soul trap, Shadow field
[rides with] 4x Incubi in a venom

Troops:
10x Kabalaites, Splinter cannon, Blaster

Razorwing, Night Shield, Flicker Field (should I swap the Lances for Disintegrator Cannons? It would allow for many Marvin the Martian quotes!)

I picked scourges because I like the models, though if they prove dismal on the field I'll trade them out for something else.
