Dark Artisan Formation
Ichor Injector, WWP, +1 FnP, Warlord
Grotesquerie Formation
(4 Grots each) 2x Aberration, 2x Agonizer,
WWP, Flesh Gauntlet, Armour of Misery

Truespace Raiders (just because of the Bonus)
Archon, Agonizer, WWP, Shadowfield (joins 2nd Grot unit)
Venom, SC

10 Warriors
Raider, Nightfield

10 Warriors
Raider, Nightfield

5 Warriors
Venom, SC

Razorwing, Dark Lances
Razorwing

Plan is basically to survive Turn 1 & 2 by moving Flat out behind LoS blockers and let hell break lose in turn 2 and 3 with 3 resilent units with huge kill potenial deepstriking into the enemy army while Raiders try to get into rapid fire range or claim objectives.

You need some sort of reserve manipulation to reliably get all of your reserves in. Autarch or coms relay are the two options with Autarch being my preferred choice.

Dont need all of them, semi reliable is enough. I can adapt the WWP position when there are not enough coming from reserve. I rather aim for turn 3 where everything comes more reliable. Both autarch and Comm eat away too much points... need every single model to stay alive.

If I wanted to do a similar list "super competitive" I would add Eldar anyways.

True. You only have 3 units on the board turn 1 as it is.
You have almost 400 points invested in HQ options. That is far to many for this points level. Try droping the grot formation and combining them into one 8 man unit with the archon. That saves over a hundred points and the killing potential is virtually the same.

Dropping the Grot formation means that the Grots lose stats.
Also 8 Grots are significantly harder to deepstrike as they need a lot of space.
Further 1 unit of 8 Grots is a lot of points tied on 1 reserve roll.
And lastly 1 unit of Grots will only charge one unit at a time and can be outmaneuvered more easily as two.

If you want to keep the formation then you could get a raider for one of them and drop their hq escort. with the coven sup they get fearless second turn so they don't need a HQ escort. That allows you to have one more unit on the board turn one, which unlike the two wwp units can assault turn 2. You can also deep strike them in their transport if you want. I'd just be concerned with having that many points in reserve. Again just a suggestion! your list would work well as is!
