How many COVEN artefacts per HQ?

This may come across as a silly question. But how many Coven supplement artefacts, the Diabolical Playthings, can a single Coven HQ use?

It says "Any units... that can select Artefacts of Cruelty cannot select from those listed in Codex: Dark Eldar, but can instead select Diabolical Playthings, presented opposite, at the points costs shown."
And further on under Diabolical Playthings it specifies "Only one of each of the following relics can be chose per army..." but does NOT specify that a given model can only select "one of the following".

In Codex: Dark Eldar, it is the Artefacts of Cruelty list in the war gear lists section on p.69 that specifies "A model may take one of the following:"

Now my interpretation is that since you aren't selecting from the Artefacts of Cruelty list, but from the Diabolical Playthings list, that this restriction is no longer included.

Thoughts?

If the Covens book does not restrict it to one per character then you can go for as many as you can afford. Wish we could do the same with the main codex!

You know why this is right? GW use a different copy paste template for supplements then for codexes. These templates of course are not aligned to each other... it was the same with the ork and space wolf supplements I believe.

I can confirm such with the Ork books.

Now that said, there was a discussion amongst ork players on whether or not the list of artifacts were replaced or the rules were too. One argument was that the "may take one of the following" from the codex artifacts still applies to the supplement list as only the list of relics change, not the rules that dictate how they are purchased.

/shrug. To me there's no clear answer. I don't have the Covens supplement yet so I don't know if we'll want to double up. Orks - I wouldn't want to double up as most are over-priced.
