My opponent rolls with Flamers in his vets which I will look to kill off, three scouting rhinos, that white scar chapter master dude in a unit of bikes packed with melta toting attack bikes and a couple of assault troop units.

Plan was to start with the two venoms (troops) and Talos on the table turn 1. Use the venoms speed to stay way out of trouble while the talos tanks it (probably dying in the process) turn 2 and my reserves hit their rear. He will leave his rear guarded by a single dreadnought.
The blasters deal with the dread, haywire scourges slow the rhinos with help from the flyers while the Incubi come down in cover with intention to assault turn 3/4.
What do you think? I know the natural change is to get rid of the wyches but I think they're assault grenades may be useful when assaulting marines in wrecked transports or counter attacking his assault squads.
