Dark Eldar FAQ Questions - 7th edition Codex and Haemonculus Covens supplement

Below is the letter to GW requesting that they address the following questions in a new FAQ/Errata for our most recent codex.  I am just waiting to hear about which e-mail it would be best to send this too, and then we can all copy and paste it into our own e-mails and deluge them.  Hopefully, that will ensure that it gains their full attention.

Subject - request for updated Dark Eldar FAQ/Errata

Dear Games Workshop,

Following the release of the latest Dark Eldar Codex, for 7th edition, and the companion Haemonculus Covens Supplement, the 3,700 members of the Dark Eldar community on The Dark City forum have compiled a list of questions we believe should be addressed as soon as possible by an updated FAQ/Errata/Addendum for both the codex and the supplement, as well as for the 7th edition Warhammer 40,000 rulebook.  These questions were not covered by the previously released Version 1.0 FAQ/Errata of October 22, 2014.

We would greatly appreciate your prompt attention in dealing with these questions, so that we may continue to enjoy the best army in the 40K universe to its full potential.

Q1 - Does the no scatter rule for the bearer of a WWP and their unit when they are deep striking also include any transport vehicle in which they are embarked?

Q2 - Do Splinter Racks affect all splinter weapons in the army, or just the unit inside the vehicle?

Q3 - Are you allowed to take the Court of the Archon without an Archon?

Q4 - Does a Shadowfield still short out if the wound is negated by Feel No Pain?

Q5 - As they are upgrades to Kabalite Warriors and do not have their own Datasheet, do Kabalite Trueborn still count as Kabalite Warriors for the purposes of the Kabalite Raiding Party formation?

Q6 - Does the Wyches' dodge save apply only in the fight sub-phase, or in the whole assault phase and thus during overwatch?

Q7 - If a model with multiple wounds is killed in a challenge by an instant death effect, such as a strike from a Huskblade, does the bearer of a Soul-trap gain +1S for each wound that the model had?

Q8 - If a character model is killed in a challenge by a model equipped with a Soul-trap, and the overspill wounds are applied to character models not involved in the challenge, does the bearer of a Soul-trap gain +1S for each wound inflicted to the character models that were not actively part of the challenge?

Q9 - "Only one of each Artifact of Cruelty may be taken per army" (pages 69 & 109).  The Wargear List (page 69) further states "A model may take one of the following [artifacts]:"  Are the relevant Dark Eldar characters limited to one relic each, or one of each of the relics, to a maximum of one per army?

Q1 - Is the listed profile for the Orbs of Despair correct at S1 for 25 points?

Q2 - Does the -1Ld penalty from Freakish Spectacle stack for multiple detachments with this rule?

Q3 - In the Dark Artisans formation, does '1 Talos' and '1 Cronos' mean 1 of each model or one of each unit?

Q1 - Does Hammer of Wrath hit walkers in the front armour (as per Walker rules), or the armour facing from which the attack originates (as per Hammer of Wrath rules)?

Q2 - Does arriving from deep strike count as movement in the movement phase (and therefore does the rule regarding skimmers not being able to end their move over enemy models come into effect during deep strike)?

Q3 - If the above is true, does the skimmer still mishap for being placed within 1" of enemy models, or do you take the measurement from the base-hull as described in the rulebook?

Q4 - Can you declare tank shock when arriving from deep strike reserve?

Q5 - Does a model or unit that begins the game with a single, specific psychic power (eg Eldar Hemlock Wraithfighter) also gain the Primaris power from that discipline via the Psychic Focus rule?

Q6 - Can Eldar Jetbikes move 2D6" in the assault phase even if they make a charge move?

Q7 - Can you make a bombing run if you are forced to snapfire on that turn, for example if you jinked in the previous player turn?

That's the one I've used before.

Im sorry if this is a little late and unterstand if this might be more wishing than asking for an Errata, but what is with the Helglaive? If they "forgot Fleshbane" with the orbs,they might as well forgot the +1 attack for the Helglaives.

I think that might be a bit more wishlisting and will leave it for now, thanks Caspaar. Doesn't mean we can't re-visit it in the future.

Not a bad idea, though i wonder when they will simply block your email address, though to circumvent this you could use Guerrilla mail, so that it is different every time.
