1250 Tourney

Is this too heavy towards AT for 1250?

Personally, I'd say you might even be a too light on the AT, because if that raider with trueborn and archon goes down, all your AT will be 4 heat lances and a reaper.
Good opponents WILL realise this and will punish you for it

As for how to fix this, im going to leave that to other archons, as I have yet to grab some play experience with the new book

Assuming the blaster squad arriving by DS, and the Archon goes with the scourges I'd say you'll be ok - it's only the reaper that will be a target in that scenario (or you have several targets all on the board together) so at 1250 I'd be happy with 4 potential AT options. the 4 venoms will give you plenty of AI too.

I agree, might be too light - 4x Venoms are more than enough AI!

Maybe consider adding a blaster to each of the 5 man Kabalites units for some extra AT flexibility and dropping a few Reavers?

I think I would be willing to drop the Razorwing for some AT. I run my razorwing with dissies as TEQ hunters.
