1000pts Casual List

Greetings Fellow Archons.

I'm having my first game of 7th Edition (Long time, I know) and first game with the new Codex in a few days. It will be against my friends Necrons. He generally likes to take as many Ghost Arks and Scythes as he can. He also has a thing for Imotekh, but I don't think I'll be seeing him included in 1000 points. He may also be taking an Unbound army filled with Triarch goodies.

With all this in mind, I don't like tailoring my lists so this is intended to be a TAC list.
This is the list as it stands at the moment:

Realspace Raiders Detachment
Archon : Shadow Field, Blaster, Webway Portal

Kabalite Warriors : 5 Warriors, Blaster, Venom
Kabalite Warriors : 5 Warriors, Blaster, Venom

Raider : Dark Lance
Reavers : 6 Reavers, 2 Cluster Caltrops, 2 Heat Lance
Reavers : 3 Reavers, Cluster Caltrops, Heat Lance
Reavers : 3 Reavers, Cluster Caltrops, Heat Lance

Eldar Allies Detachment
Autarch : Jetbike, Fusion Gun, Laser Lance

Windriders : 3 Windriders, Shuriken Cannon

Fire Dragons : 5 Fire Dragons


Archon in the Raider with the Fire Dragons. Autarch with the Larger Reaver squad. Nothing overly complicated here.

Where is the fluffy part?

There's actual back story for the army and reasons they are equipped how they are. I just haven't included it because it's convoluted and not necessary for a list critique .

Can't say much about the eldar part because I have no clue how our silly brothers work.
For the dark eldar part, I wouldn't put any caltrops in a three man unit of reavers as they not that good in close combat in a smaller group. I would try to annoy the enemy with a blaster and to use as much cover as possible. Not so much for the save, their jink is good anyway, the option to bring them back into cover after fire their blaster is nice.

Yeah, I'm not sure exactly how the 3 Man Reaver teams will work out. Over my next few games I'll be trying out a few different configurations for them. At the moment I intend for them to be close range distractions that still pack some punch.
