| Pretty cool! Now, when you get some more time to devote on ork terrain, get another one of those trucks, KRUMP it with a hammer a couple of times, hack a bunch of pieces off, ram some big old spikes through it (shaving some long sticks of sprue makes for good spikes) and once you've done the red paint, have yourself a fungus beer!
It looks good for a speedy job, but with a bit more effort it could look truly and orkily (?) wrecked.
Oh, how I love orky stuff.

| I... recognise that from Da Waaaagh Seems like pretty good use of junk - cardboard (?), sprues, wood glue*... *I did rivet tutorial for Da Waaagh about that (tho I can't find it?), along with few others, I guess first about rainstains may be useful and isn't that hard (it appears that drying watered paint with hairdrayer may give interesting results, so it may be fast) It looks... ok? | |

| Thanks everyone the truck wasn't meant to be wrecked, more looted, and now serving as a mek's pile of stuff that might come in handy someday! I've done another truck that's been burned out, but that's more of a generic piece, not really Orky. My Squig pen is complete, just need to do the photos and paint some squigs to put in it! Local_Ork it's some styrene pieces, some card, some sprue, a glue tube top, and some wire and the truck is something I bought for an IG project bu they are just a touc hunderscale for 40K. Yes the rivet are wood glue! I like your rust work - too bad I don't own a hair dryer, or worse that I don't have enough hair these days to need one! | |

| Doesn't look like I will be bringing that much scenery this week - the mojo went* and I've only managed one more item completely. I've got an orky house about 60% done which may get finished tonight but that's all.
I have sketched out designs for 2 gun towers and some other buildings though, plus designed up my knight titan and Ragnarok tank but haven't yet cut anything from the sprues/styrene sheet. I've started making 2 imperial bunkers out of some polystyrene packing pieces too, but just haven't had the energy to actually get anything past the design or simple painting phase.
*Still not 100% well, room has been at 22-25C for weeks and I've been super tired.

| Well I felt like death again last night so the house is now 99% done and not completely done..still some drybrushing on the base to do and a coat of my magic wash on the lookout tower - then it can be dullcoted when the weather is better. | These look great mate! Do you have enough for a whole table yet? I don't remember anyone else having Orky terrain at Trumpeters. ........ No, I lie. Lee does, I think.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing all this next week.
Cheers. | |

| Thanks, I do have a fair bit now but most of it is a bit short, so won't give cover saves to vehicles. I am working on a second house though, aim to have 3 houses by the time I'm done and 2 other large (vehicle sized) buildings.
Damn, Trumpeters has come early this month. I wanted to be at Gamestars for the midnight codex release as I would have been there until 11 anyway it wouldn't have been a big deal to wait until midnight. Oh well I can wait another week for the necron codex it won't kill me.

| Like the fuel tanks, should look proppa with a few rivets and plates patched on.
Those Pegasus kits look pretty good too, I've never paid much attention to them in the store. I will be very interested when you bring those along.
