Let’s start with all the pgl, this is not a good weapon. First it does not work against space marines, or against fearless units. That’s most of the opponents’ right there. And elder are more or less always mechanized and necrons have ld 10.

I would let the archon go, 155pts for 1 dead marine in a round of combat is not a good investment in my bok.
And I whuld cut the court down to just a lhamean and a venom.

replace the wyches with warriors.
And remove sergeants and pgl
You calculated your revers wrong, the unit should cost 193pts. However the unit will cost 161pts with 6 revers in it :p

If the razorwing I fireing lancec against armour the cannon doesn’t really ad anything. Conceder to remove it.

Solorite upgrades, well, the model without a haywireblaster is the first to die, way letting him cost 10pts extra?
Ravanger, give it 3 lances, or none. I suggest 3, u need the antitank.

With all the pts saved, I recommend more venoms, warriors and ravangers.

Now this is just my humble suggestions, do not takes this as law. The imported thing is that you play with units you what to play with.  Best of luck with your game, hope this is somewhat helping or inspiring.

The solarite i didnt even mean to buy i dont know why its in there
i was thinking that i had enough anti-tank but i'll put the ravager to 3 DL
would a few squads of trueborn in venoms be good? i'll throw another two ravagers in there if i can

For inspiration, here is a 1500pts list I used the other day.

Lhamean
Venom

Trouborne, 4x blaster
Venom

2x 10 warriors
Raider; splinter rack

3x 5 warriors, blaster (one squad have one warrior upgraded to sybarite, for warlord)
Venom

3x Venoms

3x Ravangers, 3x darklance

This 1500pts list has no less than 13 skimmers, A single skimme won’t survive, a lot might live long enough to win. Most players I play have not the succeeded in removing all of them,.

that makes sense but where is your HQ choice? Lhaeamon doesnt count does it?
