How to get more Blasters and Heat lances?

Hey,
With the new Codex arriving at my place (it had a really long journey) and some new scourges i was wondering how i could get 4 blasters and lances for my new scourge squads.
I've seen some Conversions using Blaster pistols or disintegrators, but i don't have the spare bits for them. "Just" the Bits i got with the Scourges and some from my ravagers and raiders-
Now i thought i could convert the splinter carbines somehow, but i've got no clue how i'd want to do that.. Any Ideas?

Personally I;ve always just used whatever bits I have to hand that LOOK like they could be A weapon of some kind, and then rocked up and said "this is this, and this is this".

Since they are not easily afordable, I tend to cast just the weapon in resin.

You can buy them from bitz store, and they cost an arm and a leg.

The Talos kit is perfect for getting more Heat Lances (Haywire Blasters and Splinter Cannons as well).
Just cut off the two barrels from the tail turrets you don't need for the Talos/Cronos itself and glue (or better yet; magnetize) them onto other weapons, like Azdrubael showed above.
