1850 competitive list

Here is a competitive list I'm taking to a tournament this weekend, thoughts?
(2)medusas in raider with nightshield, dl, grenade launcher
2x (5) trueborn 4 blasters, in raider with nightshield, dl, grenade launcher
6x (5) warriors 1 blaster, in venom
1 venom (FA)
(3) reaver 1 blaster, cc
(6) reaver 2 blaster, cc
1 ravager with nightshield, 3dl, grenade launcher
1 ravager with with nightshield, 3disses, grenade launcher

Dark lances on the raiders because that is what I have. The blaster with the warriors is due to the amount of armor in my metta down here.

I don't think warriors are really worth spamming, and I'd want dark lances on both ravagers, not like you need more anti-infantry.

Are the Grenade Launchers for filler or do you have good luck with them in your meta? Those are a lot of points in Launchers.

I would switch your dissie Ravager to DLs if this is the case. The Medusae Raider upgrades are a little overkill for a 2 person unit, use those points on the Ravager.

Maybe also change the Reavers to Heat Lances for some AP1. Also, don't forget to jsj your Reavers after they have shot.

A decent list overall. I would second the comments about the Grenade Launchers. Very situational and if you are taking this to a tournament, then I would be surprised if they are worth it.

I also am not a fan of the small Reaver units of three. As soon as one dies, you're taking a leadership check and possibly falling back 3D6 off the table. I think Reavers should be minimum of six with CC (shooting weapon optional since to survive they need to Jink). Since you're already taking five Venoms with your Warrior squads, I would remove the FA Venom and use those points to add three more Reavers. I would also add DL to your Ravagers. DE can never take too many Dark Light weapons.

So at the tournament I went against 2 chaos guys ( a big surprise for me) and the grenade launcher killed an obliterator. Yall are right the points for those were too much. I should have dropped a couple of them to bring another medusa or 2. I ended up 6th out of 46 people my only loss in 4 was to an eldar player who went first on a kill points game with 3 wraith knights, 2 wave serpents, 2 farseers, 2 hunters. Fun though was the fact I killed both farseers with a warrior squad in cc after he charged me, and I obliterated 2 wraith knights bottom of turn 1 without half my army.
