How to do Soul Reaver Mandrakes?

Yeah well i'd like to make "special" Mandrakes.
Would be cool if they looked roughly like this:

Raziel looks like super cool and i think his dead vampire looks would fit a squad of Mandrakes very well.
They shouldn't all look exactly like this (boring) but you get the overall idea.
My plan so far would be:
Wych heads (the Ninja-like ones) with green stuff for a scarf and hair.
Torsos of Skeleton warriors of the Crypt Kings (skinny)
Skeleton Warrior arms and legs + green stuff (arduous)
Or Bloodletter arms and legs.

Any ideas (specially for arms and legs) would be appreciated.
And also for menacing skulls without lower jaws for Soul Reavers that lower their scarf for eating souls/pain.

I would not use Bloodletter legs. They don't really have the right proportions for Dark Eldar.

Ugh. Skeleton arms and legs + greenstuff would be way too annoying. Instead use the Genestealer 3-clawed arms (got tons if you want to trade) and bloodletter legs. Was going to suggest bloodletter legs before you suggested them.

But then you're getting something with arms roughly twice as long as a normal Dark Eldar.
That would look pretty scary, but neither like a Mandrake nor a Legacy of Kain vampire.

Arent they pretty much Raziels already? I'd just mask jaws with Greenstuff.

Thanks for the input on proportions! That's nigh impossible to tell from just looking up models on the GW page.
And i don't have the models to compare.

A whole Genestealer is not close enough for my pedantic self.

How about Wych head, Skeleton torso, Hellion arms with green stuff for claws/reaver and Kroot legs?
Would those fit better?

I just rembered that the Ur-Ghul's torso looks kind of like Raziel's, just not as skeletal.

Tomb King Skeletons look more like him IMO (Ur-Ghuls have that prominent Spine that doesn't really fit) and are cheaper.
If the Kroot legs fit proportionally i think i'm ready to go.
