400pts Dark Eldar (Competitive, Not Combat Patrol)

Having played some other systems I got pulled back into 40k. The club I play at is doing a grow league that includes a campaign, starting at 400pts using normal FOC. I am still figuring out what is what in the new Dark Eldar Codex. But I have a idea of what I would like to run. It will be very competitive.

Here is my army list:
Archon

Kabalite Troops (x5)
Blaster
Venom with Splinter Cannon

Kabalite Troops (x5)
Blaster
Venom with Splinter Cannon

Scourges (x5)
2x Haywire Blasters

400pts

I will be playing my very first game with this list.
I have no idea what to do with the Archon. He is on foot and really doesn't have any good weapon, I just don't have the points. My two troops can take on infantry and the Scourges could hopefully take out a vehicle.
Any suggestions or comments would be welcome.

I think young don't need the Archon at this point level. You could relplace the Archon through a court of the Archon in the Form of a Lhamean. In the best case in a Venom, if you have the Points.
