Another potentially newbie question.
If I take a succubus with an archite glaive, can I replace the model's ranged weapon for the djin blade and still get the +1 attack for having two weapons?
If so, how are these attacks resolved? To they all have +1S and subject to sentient blade?

Equally, take an Archon with huskblade and replace pistol with djin blade. Are all attacks ID?

If this is answered in the BRB, please let me know where to look!
Thanks Smile

Can't give you a page number as my rulebook is at home, but it is in the Assault section under More than One Weapon.

To summarise however, yes, you would get the +1 A for two CCWs, but no, you cannot mix and match the weapons' abilities.

Sorry, no you don't. Glaive is "Two-Handed", a rulebook USR, p174. Never get the +1 Attacks.

I had to recheck it last week!

I thought the glaive had two profiles, one of which is two-handed, the other isn't...

The two handed profile gives +1S and AP2, the one-handed profile is normal strength and AP3, allowing you the extra attack?

Actually, the Archite Glaive can be wielded one OR two handed.

As for your other question, you do get the extra attack but you pick which special rule you use on your attacks, for example, you can use the huskblades rules or the djin blade rules but not both.

By the way, the Djin Blade s generally considered to be an appalling piece of wargear and you may wish to have a think about whether you might be better off with a different weapon, such as an Agoniser.

Thanks for the replied everyone!

Also, yes I'm aware that the Djin Blade is rubbish, I was just curious on how the rules sat together.

Thanks again

ii) the point cost

Very Happy
