1850 Tournament list - C&C please

Hi.

I am attending a tournament in about a month and wanted to get some feedback on list before it is subitted and playtested (don't get a lot of gaming under my belt to mess around) 2 sources max, Ie 1 CAD + 1 formation OR Allies for me.

Primary Detachement:

HQ:
Urien Rakarth

Elites:
4 Grotesques in a Raider with Nightshields

Troops:
2x 5 Warriors in Venoms with Extra Splinter Cannons
10 Warriors in Raider

Fast:
2x Venoms with extra Cannons

Heavy:
2x Ravagers, 3 Lances and Nightshields

Allied Detachement:
HQ:
Farseer

Troops:
2x 5 Dire Avengers in Wave Serpents with Scatter Lasers, Extra Shuriken Cannons

Heavy:
Wraithknight

1850 on the dime.

I would be keen on Aethersails for Grotesque Raider but not sure what I could/would cut. Not sure on what magic schools I should be rolling. Go for Invis on Groteques? Farseer will join grotesques.

Grotesques lack AP2/AP3 but will generate a lot of wounds with 4+ poison with re-roll a lot of the time. Could/Should Urien be left out for an Archon/Succy? Tankingpower vs killingpower. With Archon there's also the possibility for 2++ Re-roll shenanigans.
