LVO Space marine list

I am getting pretty iffy about that space marine list. I have made it multiple times and not only is that paper wrong in the way the points are written down but when I make the list in battlescribe I am getting the list to be like closer to 1900. Anyone else want to crack a shot at it? Scout squads with a sarge and combi grav are 120 not 130. the only way to make them like that is with a vet sarge. The third scout squad is listed at 130 and doesn't even have a combi grav in it. Also the dev cents are under by 10. I can't for the life of me make the same list. It was made with battlescribe. Someone confirm please.

Unless I've missed something, I worked it out as:

Lysander = 230
Cent Devs = 260
Scouts = 120
Scouts = 120
Scouts = 110
Devs = 150
Devs = 150
Thunderfire = 100

Librarian = 115
Mephiston = 175
Command = 130
Drop Pod = 35
Scouts = 77
Drop Pod = 35
Drop Pod = 35

so a total of 1842pts.

I worked this out manually, without Battlescribe.

I have the cent devs being 270. The sarge has omniscope and chest missiles. And if I used the rest which is the same as you made, except I wasn't able to find vertias vitae in battle scribe. That would put Hus list at 1852.

I was able to make the list 1847. Whoever wrote on the paper is an idiot.
