What units can an HQ with a WWP deepstrike with?

I am considering deepstriking 5x scourges with heatlances/haywire blasters and an Archon/blaster in an alpha strike list.

1)Can the Archon or any HQ with a web way portal deepstrike with any unit besides monstrous creatures? Basically can the Archon deepstrike with units other than infantry like bikes and jump infantry.

2) If i take a dedicated transport for the Archon and a WWP, can I still deepstrike the Archon separately from the transport with the unit I have him attached too? If so does the transport just deploy normally or can I also deepstrike the transport separately?

I'm basically theorizing about how to abuse WWPs.

You can either deploy the transport normally or deepstrike it. But if you deepstrike without the archon onboard, it can't use the WWP pinpoint strike.

Pinpoint strike in a vehicle is debatable and the summary in the codex implies it's ok
