Massaens Masque

Harlequins were my first army way back in the days of rogue trader and I have always loved using them when ever I could... And now I can run lots!! So this little thread is to motivate me and keep me on track

The first stipulation is that every model where possible is converted or at least kit bashed to make them mine. Some might just be repositions while others will be green stuff nightmares but they will all get something!

Anyway, on to my first pics!

Those are some nice conversions for the Death Jesters.
I always have an issue with monopose models.

This will be fun to watch! I somehow have 30-ish of the little buggers to swap around, convert and paint, too. And that's before I buy any of the new ones

I shall be watching this with great interest, Massaen.

I have now built 2x6 troupes, a void weaver, 2x2 sky weavers and the first star weaver is up for construction!

I am thinking I will do a tiled base for them so I can paint checks there... any thoughts on this?

For the colour scheme I have 2 thoughts - both from the book. The main one I am considering is the dance without end masque... though the reaping mirth looks nice and easy to do...

These look awesome Massaen. Love the reposing of them. I would def like to see the tiled base, although there is the potential that it could take away from the paintjob in the minis, as they will be quite colourful

Thanks for moving the thread spell - your harlies have been a huge inspiration for me these last few weeks while I worked. I might do up a sample base - on the solitaire - to show what I mean
