Hello,
I have been working on fine tuning my Dark ELdar list for a while and I decided to make a majorish shift in the list and Im looking for advice on it.

HQ
Lady Malys 130 pts
2 Heamonculus 100 pts

Elite
4 Trueborn w 3 blasters 158 pts
Venom w 2 splinter cannons

9 bloodbrides w agonizer, 3 razorflails 237 pts
Raider

Troops
8 Wyches w Hydra Gauntlet, agonizer, haywire 196 pts
Raider

8 Wyches w Hydra Gauntlet, agonizer, haywire 196 pts
Raider

5 Warriors w blaster 125 pts
Venom w 2 splinter cannons

5 Warriors w blaster 125 pts

Fast Attack
5 Scourge w 2 heat lances 134 pts

Heavy Support
Razorwing w flickerfield 155 pts

So with this I was thinking the lady would go with the bloodbrides and be a qasi deathstar and the hammies with the wyches to tar pit. The scourge would be deep striking to blow up a tank or soften up something for a charge.

Right now Im at 1826 pts and Im trying to figure out what to add/take away. I'd really like to get the duke in the list but ifeels like a waste having him sit with the tureborn. One thing I was wondering because of the faq to get round the must deploy with warrirors/trueborn is that the faq stated we are not allowed to deploy outside transports, so if I add an extra body to the trueborn he has no where to deploy, would get around if or just leave me with a dead hq?

Any thoughts on how to improve the list/ what to do with 24 points?

I'd seriously consider getting rid of at least one of the warrior units and dropping your trueborn unit to 3 men. This should allow you to get another unit of 3 trueborn, increasing your AT firepower.
I used to have a couple of 5 man warrior units with blasters running about in venoms and they were frankly utter crap. The 1 blaster shot is unreliable and as a scoring unit the warriors were worthless. I'd be looking to put the trueborn in raiders as well, for a couple of early turn long range options. To get much use out of the Razorwing missiles you need to crack open the transports early so the more long range AT in your list the better. There is nothing like a Razorwing for attracting enemy fire, so I'd expect them to last no longer than 2 turns.

Extra points, give your heami's a liquifier each for some drive by flaming.

Indeed, if you're going to have Scourges, I think it's best to give them haywire blasters. It gives them an extremely useful niche role, whereas heat lances are better on reavers.

Don't change this, works well and it is one of the few units that can pop armor easily ( I have terrible luck with dark matter, 3 in a unit like blasterborn just doesn't do it for me).

As for the 24 points, nightshields and flickerfield on the bloodbride raider.
