If you deep strike well enough 1 should do the trick. 4 total liqiifer guns or 2 and 2 ossedfactors. Then 24 poision shots. 2 squadrons has potential. However it will still be an up hill fight.

What about a squad of medusae in a venom deepstriking? Should be cheaper and more reliable than liquifier guns as they guarantee str 4 ap 3. May be sketchy with scatter, but no more so than wracks. Of course, wracks do get to go in turn 1 which is a big factor but we are also discussing around 520 pts of wracks right now if we want 4 liqufier guns.

Could even attach an archon for WWP flamers but thats getting expensive (though the same points as a single scalpel squad if the archon has no weapon). You lose out on a venom and first pickings (basically 1 VP) for a pretty deadly unit which isnt even bad for TAC considering it melts MEQs and aspect warriors which will see more of.

While bike spam is scary, you need to look at your meta.
For example, there are something like 10 regular 40k players at my FLGS. Among these, there are 2 mechanized necrons, and 2 IG with a lot of tanks. So I'm not expecting our eldar players to spam to many bikes since they are much less powerful against these lists. But, if your meta is infantry or light vehicle based you can expect to see much more bikes.

Many suggest have been made to deal with them and they are all valid. I'm personnally planning to drown them in poison if they run MSU or to overload them with charging units if they are running larger squad. Reavers or Grotesques reaching them will mean they are dead.

Just add chain snares to your venoms. If you have ANY mods to there leadership like gruesome spectacle or armor of misery then they should panic. Once you make a few units panic it's easy to stay ahead of them as they won't be able to reposition and must snap fire once rallied, that's if they don't panic off the table to begin with.

I read iPad version in PDF (can`t see rules description) and I`ve got a question about craftworld host (not to mention Altansar and other craftworlds doesn`t get specific rules Evil or Very Mad )

If i take one of the hosts, i get formation special rule. But if i include other hosts as discribed in book (wraithhost, aspect host etc.) do they get THEIR formation special rules?

Every Formation gets its own special rules and on top of it the Warhost special rule (always run 6") as well.
So the Aspect Host would get their +1 BS/WS AND the detachments always run 6".
If you pick the Aspect Formation into an ordinary CAD, they would just get +1BS/WS
