2.5k tourney, not forgeworld list required

so, im looking for a dark eldar/coven list for a 2,5k tourney thats comming up. im worried about the new eldar stuff and i usual run a grotesquerie, im worried about putting the points in and having them killed, but i usually find the grots an incredible help.

anyway, i usually play 1500 to 2k, and im really struggling to get a competetive list built, if i post my models can someone help? im also depating playing blood angels as i have alot more points there, so if anyone can suggest a BA list aswell that would be great.

i have a reaper and tantalus but we arnt allowed to use them, i can proxy the reapers as another ravager if needed
