1850 Competitive Splinter Lance spam

Hey guys. This is my first thread. I am actually brand new to 40k and war games in general. The end goal is to compete in ITC and other events at a competitive level. So, flavor and fluff be damned I'm trying to build the best tournament list I can. That said I only have a few 500 point games under my belt. So any tips and advise would be welcome as well as thoughts on if this list is going in the right direction:

1850 Realspace Raiders Formation

HQ - 75 points
Lhamean, Venom with splinter cannon upgrade - 75 pts.

Troops - 790 points
[4] 5 Kabalite Warriors 1 blaster, Venom SC upgrade - 120 pts each
[2] 10 Kabalite Warrior no upgrades, Raider Dark Lance and Racks - 155 pts each

Fast Attack - 610 points
[3] Razorwing Jetfighter , Dark Lance and Splinter Cannon, 4 monoscythe missiles - 150 each
Razorwing Jetfighter same as above except 2 Mono and 2 shatterfield missiles - 160

Heavy Support - 375
[3] Ravager 3 dark lances - 125 each

END

So, yes spammy for sure please let me know your thoughts.
