| 100 Ur-ghuls. Each a single unit. Their Ld becomes a non-issue, and you become the KING of MSU builds. With Strength 5 on the charge, they can do some damage; even most vehicles are in their threat range. | |

| 10/10 Love it. And overwatch/shooting phase can only kill one at a time.
I would prefer sslyth though, more points but more usability.

| Ha, nice Shame it would cost over £1000 for the models, otherwise I'd do it | |

Not if you use custom models. Whats to stop a person using, say, a simple Zombie miniature as an Ur-Ghul? Easy to get in large packs.....

| Use Mantic Ghouls and you could do the whole army for about £60 | |

| Hmm. There's a good idea. Doesn't the Zombies boardgame also have a huge bag 'o zombies? | |

| They're not the right scale. A bit too small.
Of course this entire plan does have a major flaw - blast weapons. Even one decent unit with blast or template weapons will completely decimate it. Hell, one Land Raider or equivelant can be utterly impossible to destroy for just Ur-Ghuls.

| Keep 'em spread out then. And just avoid Land Raiders. (I mean, for every LR your opponent takes, you get, like, 16 ur-ghuls. At that point you can just avoid any LRs and hold objectives. (Or kill the other stuff.) Even with PotMS, the Land Raider can't kill enough ghuls. | |
