1250pts friendly

Hi! I'm fairly new to this forum and DE (played about 5 games with DE in 6th).
Now i'm partisipating in a tournament that is friendly oriented

I want my list to be fun and give me a large amount of different units with different roles, but i still want it to be ok against most armies.

So i would like to hear youre opinions in regards of that.

HQ succubus - glave and armour of M

Elite - 5 mandrakes, 3 incubi + klaviex (in venom with 2 SPlinter cannons), 5 trueborn ( 4 blasters, in venom w 2 SC)

Troop: 5 warriors (venom w 2SC), 8 wyches + hekatrix w agoniser (1 hydragauntlets, Raider)

Fast: 5 scourges (4HW), razorwing w DL, 6 reavers (2caltropes, champion w agoniser)
