1250pts Newbie List

Hello all,
long time reader, first time poster here!

I've got about 10 games under my belt so far, I've been doing reasonably well but I've never really been able to finish a game off the way I want to. It starts off well but in the end its only ever 1/2 victory points in it.
Basically as the description says I need help building a fun but competitive with the stuff I've got. Feel free to suggest future units to add too!

Anyway I'll list what I've got, what I've been using so far and go over the meta I'll be facing.
