1000 Points against Orks

I am in a bit of a dilemma. I have created two lists to play against an Ork player and I can't decide which is better. He takes battlewagons and a lot of killa kans, so that is my reasoning for taking many dark lances. Also, I only own six venoms, so my list cannot exceed that amount. What list do you think is best? Is there something crucial missing from these lists? Please let me know and thank you for you time.

Why true born with lances? You mostly can't use them if you move? I prefer my true born with four Blaster in a night shield Raider to enhance their survivability. I built those Blaster with shredder and blast pistols. That squad can take a bit of a punch and put out some damage.

Dark Lance squads should be without Blaster hidden somewhere in cover. Maybe in the Venom but keep in mind not to move at all.

I second CptMetal on the Darklance, while they have long range any infantry model that has one and moves is snapfiring as they are heavy weapons.
