1000 vs CSM+Orks

So I have three friends whom I play against regularly with my Black Templar. Now that I've gotten into the Dark Eldar, I've played a match against all of them once but all of them without vehicles since those hadn't arrived yet. 2 wins, 1 loss.

One runs Nurgle Marines, another runs Noise Marines, and the other runs Trukk mounted Orks with bikes.

I only have 3 Raiders and a Ravager so far so advice on their placement would be appreciated.

Id run wyches in one raider to get them into CC, DE on foot is generally not the best idea but warriors are better off than wyches at least. DL warriors in fact should not be in the boat, only snapshots is kind of a waste.

Id also make trueborn squads smaller and on foot in order to give incubi and archon a boat. With what you have I'd do something like this:

3 Trueborn with 2x cannons

20 warriors 2DL

10 Warriors +SC
Raider

7 Wyches
7 HWG
Hekatrix w Vblade

This totals to 1000

I've tried to stay true to your list whilst tweaking it a bit.

I think the recommended list is a great idea. If you have an aegis line (say borrowed from a friend) it would make a great addition for your foot sloggers (until you get more boats because you want more boats trust me lol). I think your next buy should be some Venoms. For your Archon/Incubi and trueborn.
