| Looks like it.
Need to drop the Dragons or Guard and grab a Troop for your Eldar. If the tournament is running unmodified D I would run the Guard and use the 110pts for your Troop. Youll also save points on the 2nd HQ you have for the DE and the Raider. | |

| Alright so with dropping that raider, and dropping NS on the other, taking off the SC's on the flyers and then adding 3 wind riders. I have 74 points to play with. Guessing it's just best to buy upgrades for the bikes? | |

| Still an illegal list. You cant have 2 Elite slots for an Ally Detachment. | |

Easy enough to fix, just make the Eldar a CAD by adding another Windrider squad. Drop one of the Blasters from either the warrior or true born squads to get the extra points you need. | |
