| Greetings Commorragh, I thought I'd share with you some of the projects and new additions to my Kabal. Much of my Dark Eldar collection has been added to phase out many of the 3rd Ed models that I owned to the new range. To start, I'll introduce you to my Kabal's Archon, Khria'req. [url= ] The legs are from the plastic Scourge kit, the female body is from the regular Kabalite kit, the cloak is from the Dark Elf corsair kit and the spear is made from the Hellion kit and the Dark Elf Dreadspears kit. | |

| As an addition to the project log, my Kabal's allies in realspace raids. Wyches from the Cult of the Blade Denied. For the crew of the Raider I wanted to capture the dynamism seen in the Wyche models. I used the crew from the Venom kit and intergrated them into suitable spots on the Raider, then used the legs from the Wyche kit for the Raider's keel pilot. [url= ] [url= ] [url= ] | |

Appreciate the compliment. Just wish I could get better quality images with my camera, then maybe I could sway you to possibly like the Archon

| New conversion on the go for a small contingent of Craftworld Eldar. I have started off with making a Farseer using the High Elf Mage from the Island of Blood, the clam pack Farseers are too static for my liking. I will do some more work with some greenstuff to gap fill and repair some of the detail lost when clipping, cutting and scratching off bits I didn't want. I'm also going to add some more detail to the Guardian head to get a Ghosthelm in there too. " /> " /> | |

| Damn those are some fine looking models! I can never be bothered to do the crew on a raider - the way I see it those models could be better used elsewhere - but you've done an awesome job that really brings the ship to life Looking forward to progress on that farseer too... | |

Thanks for the compliment Zizza. That was the idea behind the crew, I feel they can be utilised to make the ships an integral part of the army and not just floating, static and lifeless models but interact and become an integral part of the army too. I'm happy to see that it works I have used the crew before for foot models too Can't be allowed to go to waste, I made a Lelith/Succubus model with one of the venom crew models. I'll have to post her on here soon. Can't wait to get the Farseer done. I've managed to find a bit to make the vane on the Ghosthelm. Just got to get the greenstuff done and base him. Then, the best bit, paint him up. Just trying to juggle multiple projects

| Progress on the Farseer. Again, photo doesn't really do the model justice, that cloak is not actually pink Still some way to go on the model before it is finished. Neaten up some colours, shading, highlighting and detail work to go. " /> " /> " /> | |

Thanks for the comments Cav. Likewise, I really like your work too. Very clean, great use of colours and well executed. Some more work done this evening. The Farseer is almost done and some work done to a Ravager too. " /> " /> " /> " />

Thanks for the compliments. Here is the finished article. Made some changes to the robes because the green appeared to be more blue than green and I wasn't happy with the blends. Much happier with the colour now. Thinking of maybe adding the Farseer rune to the large bare space on the cloak. What does everyone think? Outside of that, the Farseer is ready for the tabletop. | Hey, I have been absent for a while. What with moving home and starting a new teaching job, hobby time was limited. Now, I have had a chance to get some painting done. Not a Dark Eldar related item but a xenos item nonetheless. My new Ork Warboss on warbike for my Bad Moon WAAAGH! Additionally, somewhat related to Dark Eldar, I have started on some Harlequin allies for my Dark Eldar force. So far, I have got my Solitaire painted up and ready. Happy paintng and gaming.
