Archon w hwg joins wraith guard and deep strike in and hit the biggest baddest thing.

Archon with blaster joins Autarch and true born in the raider, deep strike in and go tank hunting. Autarch helps with reserves of course

Think you lack AT to be honest. You have Blasters, the Ravager, and the WG and the Bikes can help in with anything AV 12 or lower, but it isn't hard to kill those units.

WG outside of a vehicle just crumble ingame. I love running mine in a Raider, obviously without a WWP, but they have enough range to get out and still be able to hurt the target. Then again I think regular WG are far superior to that of D-Scythe WG.

With all of your AT coming in on turns 2+, your opponent has enough turns to put transports in place or live long enough to cripple you. AV 10 and 11 vehicles will drop like flies against a lot of armies.

The big problem I see with a lot of DE lists or lists on this forum in general are people do not have units that can soak fire power or draw firepower away from other units. With no assault threats or high toughness units, it is easy pickings for almost any gun in the opposing army. I would try and get 1 or 2 assault units in your list to force your opponent to deal with them rather then giving them the freedom to pick what they want to do.

I actually liked the first list. I think it's going to smash some face.

The second list I think is better. The Grotesques have some point issues. I didn't add up all of the points, but 4 Grotesques w/out the Abby is 140. With the Abby, it should be 160 pts.

Also, who is your HW for your Eldar? The Warlock? If so, you cant do that as Warlock do not take up a FOC slot. Try and get an Autarch in.

Sorry for the point mix up. It totals as 1850 with the grots being 160 anyway. I'm confused how the warlock doesn't count as an HQ? And curious as to why an Autarch for the second list since I only have the razor wing in reserve

This is incorrect. Like the court of the archon, the warlock council is a HQ choice with a minimum of 1 model and is thus perfectly legal for use as the HQ in the Eldar detachment.

That said, I would rather a spirit seer for the few extra points

Which would be better spirit seer or far seer bike
