HELP NEEDED !!!! (advise for an 1500 pts army list)

Hello to all of you
I'm (almost) a brand new player and I have think about an army build but I wasn't sure if it was good/playable. So I am looking at any player with some experience who will be kind enough to give me any advice . by the way I'm not looking at a competing army just one to have a lot of fun with it.

HQ: Archon with power weapon, clone field and webway portal(he will be link to a unit of grotesques)

Troops: 4x 5 kabalite warriors with blaster inside a venom with splinter cannon

Elites: 4 grotesques with an aberration equip with an agonizer
       7 mandrakes

Heavy support: 1 ravager with 3 dark lance and night shield
                    1 chronos pain engine with spirit probe

Fast attack: 6 reavers with 2 heat lances and arena champion
                5 scourges with 2 haywire blasters and solirite

this give me a total of 1370 pts (I'm looking for a 1500 pts army)
so these are the options I have think about:

1. a razorwing jetfighter
2. 5 wracks with liquifier inside a venom with splinter cannon
3. a chronos pain engine with mental probe + haywire grenade for the archon
4. a talos pain engine with twinlink haywire blaster
5. replace the mandrakes for a scouad of 5 incubi inside a venom with splinter cannon (this option leaves me with 49 spare points

It does look like a fun list, with plenty of elements in to learn what they can do. I am no expert, but here are my thoughts:

• A razorwing is always top notch. as Brom advised me, necro missiles are very good. I play necros with splinter cannon, dissies, necros and nightshields. It has served me well, especially shooting down FMC's
  
• Drop the solarite on the scourges and take another haywire blaster. If you can fit in a fourth one with points, do it.
  
• Where are you thinking of having the chronos? He seems like a bit of a lost unit at the moment.
  
• Consider putting the grotesques in a raider with nightshields with the archon. They can WWP, shoot and still benefit from a improved jink save. Unless your list means you have 5 grotesques in total, then maybe rather take some more (just 2 maybe) too beef up the unit a bit.
  

That's my thinking anyway.

I will take your advise in consideration. I have think about getting a chronos for 2 reasons: first, I will be buying a kit of talos/chronos anyway because a will be converting chaos spawn in grostesque and second I have think the bubble of feel no pain could be a good idea to make my army a little bit more resistant

Looks nice so far but I don't get the power weapon. Does this thing do anything? Remember you only got Strength 3. Maybe take a Blaster or an agoniser instead.

If you like grotesques take two units to get the grotesquerie formation from the coven supplement. Those are awesome! You'd have to an an Haemonculus bit would benefit from a better power from Pain table and the grotesques get a random benefit on a characteristic or special rule.

Sound good but right now I do not have the supplement, and I have read some where that power weapon can be a spear wich give a +1 to your strength when charging(but it's maybe not true)

Hi and welcome to the dark side!

Looks like a fun last to me but I may suggest some things;

Your grotesques shred everything with a 3+ save or worse. However a 2+ save is quite annoying to deal with. A succubus with a glaive instead of the Archon would help. Add in an armour of misery and haywire granades and you're ready to go.

For the scourges always max out the special weapons. The talos kit has haywire blasters and heat Lances.

I would take 2x3 reavers and drop the champion.

The chronos is a bit lost on its own. Better take a talos. Or chronos & talos.

You are a bit short on anti tank. 1-2 ravagers would help.

I chose a archon because I have already buy one but the succubus sound like a good idea.
For the reavers I have heard they were not really good in small scouad and 6 was the magic number
but if you say so I might try it.

You can just use the model as a succubus

I found smaller units more flexible and a less juicy target for ignore cover stuff like flamer drop pods. If you need the fast attack slot, that's a different story

But what are your thoughts on 3 vs 6?

mostly for moral check and I was thinking to use them has tank buster with their heat lance, since they are pretty freaking fast, I thought they would be great at doing it.
