Ok, so I haven't been in the hobby for seven years and I have only read the 6th edition rule book in the last week or so.

So my tactics will revolve around using my night shields and splinter cannons range to stay out of range of most enemy fire. I will be targeting my opponents units with priority towards his long range weaponry first.
The idea of the jetbikes is to get the pain token off the Haemonculus and do their utmost to distract/engage the units I see as a long range threats. If they pop a tank in the process then that is a bonus.
I picked wracks as troops because I think I will need them to claim objectives not die trying to haywire tanks as wyches no doubt would, also if anything gets to close three flammers including the Haemys(which is very nasty in theory) should make a dent.
What do you guys think? Do I have enough anti tank? Etc.
Keep in mind all my tactics are coming from someone who hasn't battled in 7 years.
Please teach me.
