Scourge Debate

I am curious. I have an Apocalypse army as most know. So what Heavy Weapons should I have on my scourge units? Let's give the details...I have 1 unit in a Kabalite Raiding party... 2 units in a Murdering Flock...and (optional) 4 units in a Storm of Blades. Murdering giving deep strike with NO scatter and Storm giving Skyfire.

Storm: Haywire Blasters (Raiding party too)
Flock: Heat Lances

Only issue is with 14 boxes of scourges...10 per unit to max them out. I'd only get 14 haywire blasters....kinda sux but that's normal for games workshop.
