Monoscythe Missile can it target flyers?

It's a blast weapon, so no. None of our missiles can be used against flyers. This alone means that the Razorwing Jetfighter is shockingly badly named!

Bizarrely, they can be used against Flying Monstrous Creatures, as their version of the Hard to Hit rule does not disallow blast and template weapons being used against them, as long as the firing unit has Skyfire.
