| Tossed out the directions when I cleared the painting desk last week, and apparently tossed the directions detailing which missiles are which. I can figure out the Toxin ones pretty easily, but I am not sure which are the Monosythe missiles. (Pretty sure that my opponent wouldn't either ) I was originally planning on magnetizing and painting them all, but I really don't see myself ever "upgrading" them for any of my lists. Any help identifying which is which in the photo (top or bottom) would be a huge help. Thanks all! | |

| As I keep saying to the Mrs, if you tidy stuff away, how are you going to ever find it, at least if you leave stuff out all you've got to do is move the things from on top of it! That or you could just save all the instructions in a razorwing sized box... (smug mode engaged, ) | |

A 1000 times yes! Wish my mum would understand this, structured chaos > tidy for finding anything!

| Well in fairness, it was a bit of a shock when GW started including instructions, I remember when I first started trying to put a screaming bell together based on the pictures from the front of the box!
Nearly up to 1000 posts ESE!

Having put together my first Venom while bemoaning the lack of instructions, while praising how well constructed the models were so they weren't needed, it was indeed a shock and embarrassment to find them at the bottom of the box immediately after the construction was over.

| ESE - there is a really good advice in the Razorwing instruction - paint cockpit before assembly. I will follow it for sure. | |

| I don't really know what to do with my cockpits. I am not totally confident I can paint those edges pefectly. Right now my Razorwing pilot is feeling the supersonic breeze on his featureless face | |

Just put a helmet on him, it'll be fine. Other option is that given my previous experience with airfix kits, slight overruns can be scratched off with a knife

| I just do all cockpits in the batch, there are 5 now for venoms and Razorwing.
Its just much easier that way, if you want to do all the details it is too hard to reach with brush and impossible to work with airbrush if cockpit is already there.

| if you are really worried about paint on the cockpit runners - use bluetak to cover the areas you want left clear. I used to do this all the time, until i was onfident of doing without it! | |
