That seems to be mostly what forgeworld does anymore - fix armies that GW is too lazy or incompetent to fix themselves.  That said, I feel the corsairs are more balanced than either their craftworld or dark kin cousins.  This is ironic because corsair players will undoubtedly be accused of "forgeworld cheese".

I find Craftworlds to have more cheese than Corsairs.

Oh, certainly. There's very little Corsairs can do that Eldar can't do better.

To be fair, Craftworld Eldar have more cheese than virtually anyone. They make this:
